Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum. Once your order leaves us, you get a tracking link by email, and by WhatsApp if you gave us a number.

This is a personal-care product, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or because a product did not suit you. If something is wrong on our side, we fix it. A leaking bottle, a damaged jar, a broken seal or the wrong item: tell us within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of delivery, send a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. You do not have to send the damaged item back. Refunds usually reach you within 7 working days.

The formulas are built to be fold-friendly and the acids are balanced for daily use. If your skin is reactive, patch test for 24 hours and skip application right after shaving or waxing.

We do not do lighter. LITPITS works on evening out post-inflammatory darkening, smoothing texture and keeping skin comfortable. Your natural skin tone is not a problem to fix.

Obviously. Skin folds do not check gender. The routine works the same for everyone.

Texture usually improves within a few weeks. Tone changes are gradual: expect visible movement over 8 to 12 weeks of consistent use. Anyone promising overnight is selling fiction.
