Privacy Policy.
Effective date and scope
Effective 20 August 2026. This page explains the India-first browser measurement used on onelit.life and the information Shopify receives when you choose to place an order. For the India launch, analytics and marketing are on by default; an explicit denial or withdrawal overrides that default. We do not infer consent from your location, browser language or URL.
Information categories and purposes
Essential commerce data includes the cart, checkout hand-off and order/contact details needed for support and delivery. Optional analytics uses page and referrer paths, campaign information and product/cart actions to measure site and product journeys. Optional advertising measurement uses browser activity before checkout. Our storefront code is designed to leave email addresses, phone numbers, form or other free text, raw URLs, and skin or health details out of browser measurement. Shopify manages checkout and may share an order event with Meta after checkout for conversion measurement; that provider processing depends on current settings and verification.
Cookies and similar identifiers
Essential first-party Shopify cookies and browser storage keep the cart, checkout and your privacy choice working. Optional Google, Meta and Clarity tools may use first-party cookies or similar browser identifiers on onelit.life and, where a provider or browser allows it, third-party cookies or similar identifiers. If you deny optional tracking, Google tags may still send denied-state or cookieless Consent Mode pings; those pings do not grant optional storage. We do not promise a fixed cookie list because provider and browser behaviour can change.
Vendors and purposes
Google Tag Manager loads the browser tags. Google Analytics (GA4) and Google tags measure page, product, cart and checkout-start events. Future Google Ads measurement supports campaign performance. Meta browser measurement covers activity before checkout. Our storefront code is designed to exclude direct contact and free-text data from browser measurement. Shopify manages checkout and may share an order event with Meta after checkout for conversion measurement; delivery and duplicate handling depend on current Shopify and Meta settings and remain under verification. Microsoft Clarity may provide session replay and interaction analytics; our storefront requests masking, while provider results depend on current settings and remain under verification. Shopify hosts checkout and payment processing.
Your choices and withdrawal
Use the persistent Privacy choices control in the footer to change Analytics and Marketing independently. At the India launch default, both are on; your explicit choice wins. Denying or withdrawing optional choices tells the storefront to stop optional cookies and full optional analytics or advertising sends, while Google may still send the denied-state or cookieless pings described above. The browser removes only the optional provider state it can remove; essential cart and checkout continue. A provider may already have data from before your choice, which this site cannot recall. Reopen the panel and change your choice at any time.
Retention, transfers and contact
Shopify and the named measurement vendors may process data in other countries and retain it under their own published policies and settings. We do not promise a retention period that we have not measured. For access, correction, deletion or questions, write to care@onelit.life; we will review the request and explain any identity or legal limitation before acting.
