Shipping, cancellation and returns.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India. There is no minimum. Orders placed before we start dispatching are pre-orders. Pre-orders ship from 25 September 2026. Once your order leaves us, you get a tracking link by email, and by WhatsApp if you gave us a number.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before we dispatch it. Email care@onelit.life or message +91 87968 89470 with your order number and we will refund you in full, to the way you paid. Refunds usually reach you within 7 working days. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
Returns
This is a personal-care product, so we do not accept returns for change of mind or because a product did not suit you. If something is wrong on our side, we fix it. A leaking bottle, a damaged jar, a broken seal or the wrong item: tell us within 48 hours (2 calendar days) of delivery, send a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. You do not have to send the damaged item back.
